Typescript of an address given by Bruce Olsen at the Women's History Archives (WHA) symposium at Brigham Young University on 8 Feb. 1978. This talk is a biography of Chasty Harris. She was raised in Castle Dale, Utah, and spent much of her adult life in the Payson, Utah, area. She was a writer and a Mormon Church leader. She was also the grandmother of the President of Brigham Young University, Dallin Oakes.
